冯文然,男,1978年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2001年毕业于河北工业大学材料科学与工程系,获学士学位;2001年毕业于河北工业大学材料学专业获硕士学位;2007年于中国科学院物理研究所等离子体物理专业获得理学博士学位,并加入大发dafa888手机经典版201512月晋升副教授,现任化工领域专业学位及材料科学与工程领域学术学位硕士生导师。

长期从事红外探测器薄膜材料、光伏材料的高性能化、器件化的应用基础研究,关注这类材料在制备和后处理过程中的结构演变、结构与光电性能关系、以及器件优化等。在薄膜材料的物理方法制备及结构表征方面具有丰富的经验,具有丰富的多层次表征方法和分析技术。主持完成北京市自然科学基金面上项目1项,北京市组织部优秀人才项目各1项,北京市教委科技计划项目1项。发表SCIEI检索的学术论文40余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者20余篇,被引用850余次(Google Scholar),H–因子18。发表国际会议论文5篇,受邀在第四届中日等离子体论坛上做邀请报告1次。作为主要完成人获行业协会科研三等奖1项。目前担任ACS: Applied Materials & InterfaceACS Applied Nano MaterialsSurface and Coatings TechnologyApplied Surface ScienceThin Solid FilmsCeramics InternationalVacuumTribology - Materials, Surfaces & Interfaces等国际期刊的论文审稿人。参与编写现代表面工程科学与技术丛书《现代薄膜技术》。
