王学重,男,1963年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家级专家。中国石油大学化学化工学院获学士(1984)、硕士(1987)和博士学位(1990)。1990-1992任职北京化工大学自动化系讲师和副教授,1993年英国从事博士后研究,1995年受聘英国利兹大学化学工程学院讲师,之后晋升高级讲师(2001)和准教授(2005)并得到曾七次获得英国女王商业杰出成就奖的马尔文仪器公司的赞助(Malvern Reader in Intelligent Measurement and Control)。2006年获聘英国利兹大学化学工程学院过程控制和信息学讲席教授(Personal Chair in Process Control and Informatics)。2012年入选国家级专家任职华南理工大学化学化工学院。2019年就职大发dafa888手机经典版新材料与化工学院。

科研工作集中在制药(化学药、生物药和中药)、纳米材料、和精细化工的产品、工艺和设备开发,过程放大,模拟,工业生产的监测和智能优化控制。作为项目主持人获得英国工程和物理研究基金会、欧盟和工业界的科研项目资助超900万英镑。2012年回国后获得纵向和横向科研项目资助2000余万元。

基础和应用研究的部分成果在工业界得到了应用和技术转化。在英国期间和世界最大的制药公司辉瑞,葛兰素史克,阿斯利康,先正达等20多家企业建立了长期的密切合作关系。他帮助马尔文仪器开发的分析仪器Morphologi G被利兹大学所在的学院于2012年评选为过去六年中最具工业影响的科研成果的第一名,参与英国每六年一次的科研水平全国评比。2012年回国后和中国的制药和化工企业也建立了密切的合作(例如广药集团白云山制药、万华化学、齐鲁制药、中化国际圣奥化学、无限极(中国)、润都制药、华海药业、国邦药业、中科生物制药、东阳光药业、中科院青海盐湖所、中国工程物理研究院、天津海水淡化所、百会药业等)。

发表科研论文200余篇篇,英文专著1部 。论文被引用4300余次。获得欧洲化学工程协会的会志Chem. Eng. Res. Des. 2006-2009年论文被最多引用奖。指导毕业博士生25(英国21中国4),博士后16名,硕士生多人,其中四名博士研究生获最佳博士研究生论文奖。

 

目前的研究集中在以下几个方向:

1. 制药和结晶过程系统工程,基于晶型结构的群体粒数衡算模型模拟结晶器中晶体的生长,实现结晶过程中晶体多维形状分布的模拟以及组成的模拟;开在线三维图像获取和图像处理技术用于晶体生长过程中三维晶形结构的在线测量;基于上述突破,实现了结晶过程晶体群体形状分布的闭环自动控制。晶型筛选,智能自动化晶型筛选机器人开发。连续结晶、造粒、研磨设备的研发。

2. 制药工艺过程全流程的模拟、过程分析技术和控制技术的开发,包括合成、结晶、过滤、造粒、研磨、干燥和压片等;生物制药过程例如发酵和细胞培养等工艺的过程分析技术、控制和模拟技术的研究。

3. 在过程工业数据挖掘方面,提出了数据挖掘用于过程检测和控制,发表英文专著数据挖掘和知识发现在过程检测和控制中的应用Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery for Process Monitoring and Control – Springer LondonNew York1999)。致力于大数据挖掘和应用于制药工艺的智能化和自动化制造。

4. 在纳米生产过程的在线测量、模拟及控制、放大和高通量新产品开发这一重要领域的相关研究上,研究开发动态光散射、超声、近红外和过程层析成像仪器,和群体粒数衡算模型和计算流体力学模拟等。

5. 此外,研究工作还包括利用构效关系模型(SAR – structure activity relationship)预测纳米材料毒性。
